📦 Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn or show signs of use
  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance events
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Gift cards

💸 Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If your return is rejected (e.g., item shows signs of wear), we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.

🔄 Exchanges We offer size or color exchanges for defective or incorrect items. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Subject to stock availability.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Ellivio is not responsible for items lost in transit during return

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
