How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@ellivio.shop. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
How will I know my order is confirmed?

We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–13 business days after processing.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
